At Supreme Carpet Clean, we understand that not every carpet needs the most intensive treatment. While hot water extraction is widely considered the most thorough cleaning method available, it can be more than what’s necessary for certain types of spaces—especially newer carpets in busy offices.
In one recent call center job, we faced fairly new carpet tiles that experienced a lot of foot traffic but showed minimal staining and no heavy grease buildup. Carpet tiles are quite thin compared to residential carpets, meaning dirt tends to sit closer to the surface rather than deep within the fibers. For this type of carpet, a deep extraction wasn’t required, but a fast, effective clean was essential to minimise disruption.
To keep downtime low and ensure quick drying, we opted for our Semi-Dry Cleaning method. This approach is not only faster and quieter, but it also allows the carpet to be ready for use much sooner—an ideal solution for high-traffic spaces like call centres, where minimising disruption is key.
Choosing the right cleaning method can make all the difference in maintaining an efficient, comfortable work environment.
