How it works?

Once you complete the contact form below we will call and explain how the payment plan works. We will arrange an appropriate time to visit your property and discuss exactly which services you would like completed.

Once you have decided which services you would like, we will go through pricing.

We will explain the price of the plan, and if you are happy to proceed a payment plan will be set up over a period of your choice.

Once the direct debit mandate has been signed you will be given a 30 day cooling off period. During this time you can cancel the plan and will get a full refund of any payments you have made.

Once you have made all your payments to cover the cost of the clean, we will visit to complete the requested clean for you.

What are the benefits?

A regular carpet or upholstery clean can extend the life of your furniture. The reason for this is because you are removing more dirt than a hoover or wipe is capable of cleaning.

0% Interest!!!! – That’s right, we won’t charge you any interest for a payment plan.



I have bad credit, will I qualify?

There are no credit checks, we work on a trust basis and once you make your final payment the clean will be completed.

What if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, this would need to be made up prior to the clean being completed

Can I cancel?

When you initially set up the plan you will get a 30 day cooling off period, if the plan is cancelled during this time a full refund will be issued.

If the plan is cancelled after the cooling off period, no refund of payments made will be issued.

How are payments made?

Payments will be set up by direct debit for the term of your choice.


Can I pay earlier?

If you want to clear the plan earlier you can.


Can I set up multiple plans?

Currently we can only offer one active plan.


What is the minimum amount I can set up a plan for?

We usually set up plans on a min of £90.00 but this is done on a case by case basis. Please complete the contact form below and we can discuss your circumstances.


Will the service be the same if I pay by plan?

You can expect the same high standard of service whether you pay via a plan or upfront.
