NEW CUSTOMERS

When you complete the contact form below we will call and explain how the payment plan works. We will arrange an appropriate time to visit your property and can discuss exactly which services you would like completed.

Once you have decided on the services you would like, we will go through pricing.

We will explain the price of the plan, and if you are happy to proceed a payment plan will be set up over a period of your choice (usually up to 12 months).

Once the direct debit mandate has been signed you will be given a 30 day cooling off period. During this time you can cancel the plan and will receive a full refund of any payments you have made (providing the job has not been completed already).

Once you have made all your payments to cover the cost of the clean, we will visit to complete the requested clean for you.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Existing customers will have the option for the work to be completed first and then split the payments over a term that suits (usually up to 12 months).

This is providing you have not missed payments on a previous plan. Late payments can also affect you being accepted for this payment arrangement, but this can be discussed further (We provide this payment arrangement as a goodwill and it can be withdrawn at any time as missed payments will affect the business).

What are the benefits?

A regular carpet or upholstery clean can extend the life of your furniture. The reason for this is because you are removing more dirt than a hoover or wipe is capable of cleaning.

Charges

We do not make any money from you spreading the payments. A 1.25% plus £0.20 fee is charged per transaction. This is the amount we are charged to offer the service.

An example of the charges for a £100 job are:-

Cost of Job £100

Payment to be spread over 4 months with a monthly payment of £25.51 (£25 + 1.25% + £0.20 fee)

Total to be paid over Term £102.05

Total cost of fees over term £2.05

FAQ

I have bad credit, will I qualify?

There are no credit checks, we work on a trust basis and once you make your final payment the clean will be completed (NEW CUSTOMERS). For existing customers we can complete the clean prior to any payments being made.

What if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, this would need to be made up prior to the clean being completed (New customers).

Can I cancel?

When you initially set up the plan you will get a 30 day cooling off period, if the plan is cancelled during this time a full refund will be issued.

If the plan is cancelled after the cooling off period, no refund of payments made will be issued.

How are payments made?

Payments will be set up by direct debit for the term of your choice (usually upto 12 months). Further options maybe available for existing customers (this can be discussed further).

Can I pay earlier?

If you want to clear the plan earlier you can.

Can I set up multiple plans?

Currently we can only offer one active plan.

Will the service be the same if I pay by plan?

You can expect the same high standard of service whether you pay via a plan or upfront.

Does Supreme Carpet Clean make any money from the spread the cost plans?

We do not make any money from you spreading your payments. The 1.25% + £0.20 charge applied to the monthly payment is the fee we have to pay to offer the payment plans.
