Our standard visit includes a full pre-inspection, deep hot water extraction, targeted stain treatment and a fast-drying finish, so your carpets are ready to use again quickly. Stains will only be treated if mentioned during the quoting stage.

The time required for a carpet cleaning appointment can vary depending on a number of factors, including the type of carpet, its condition, and the number of rooms or areas being cleaned.

When providing your quote, we can give you an estimated appointment time based on the work involved. However, this is only an estimate and isn’t a guaranteed completion time.

Our priority is always to achieve the best possible result rather than rushing through the job. We take the time needed to properly prepare, clean and finish your carpets, rather than simply carrying out a quick rinse and move on to the next job.

Every carpet is different, so we’d always rather allow enough time to do the job properly.

Yes. We use industry-approved, low-toxicity cleaning solutions that are safe for family homes, and carpets are typically dry and safe to walk on within a few hours.

For most households, a professional clean every 6 to 12 months keeps carpets hygienic and helps to extend their lifespan. High-traffic homes with pets or children may benefit from more frequent visits.

Prices depend on the number of rooms, carpet size, and level of soiling, so every job is quoted individually rather than priced off a fixed list. We provide a free, no-obligation quote upfront, with no hidden charges once work begins.

We primarily use hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning, as it lifts dirt and allergens from deep within the fibres for the most thorough results. Dry cleaning methods are available on request for carpets that need minimal drying time, such as in commercial settings.
